About L S Garden Mart
Located at 82 Horace Harding Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11020, L S Garden Mart operates as a garden center serving Great Neck in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Great Neck, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in New York, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–5 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (516) 487-9389. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 47 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded garden centers in Great Neck.
Great Neck is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Great Neck peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Nice garden place that carries seasonal flowers, plants, vases, garden supplies, etc. Good quality and reasonable prices. Their selection is limited, but it has the stuff that you’d expect from a small nursery and they can special order anything for you. Great service, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Available parking at the front. I’d recommend this place.
